Pharmaceuticals Domestic Marketing is one of the mainstay activities of the company and is with a strong thrust for ethical marketing. The present business model relies mainly on field personnel. Focus is also on building customer loyalty directly.

At present, the domestic marketing has strength of more than 220 field sales officers supported by 35 managers.

Our Pharma division covers around 70% of the therapeutic segment. We have significant presence in the Anti-Tubercular market with leadership position in the Paediatric segment. While competitors in this therapeutic segment concentrate only on cure of infection, Concept goes beyond cure of infection by focusing on improved quality life of patient, through B6 safeguard against peripheral neuropathy and convenience of administration. Concept offers treatment regimens for initial intensive phase and continuation phase, besides offering 2nd line Anti TB medications for multi drug resistant cases. Moreover the Anti TB range offers tailor-made dosage forms to suit different weight groups and paediatric patients.

Concept has the pride of place in the world in offering first time in the world, Ofloxacin and Lactobacillus. This innovation is welcomed by medical professionals as a breakthrough in making the patient feel better because Lactobacillus takes care of the abdominal discomfort normally experienced by the patient on Ofloxacin. The value addition of Ofloxacin and Lactobacillus goes a long way in providing better treatment in cases of typhoid, other GI infections, MDR TB and also Urinary tract infections. Concept has a strong position in the Cephalosporin market with a combination of Cefixime and Lactobacillus.
